"Follow your Heart"  Acrylic & Gold Leaf 
This is a method called Gold Leaf.  I learned how to apply Gold Leaf when I was 12 years old, taking private Art Theory Lessons from a famous Carmel Artist.  I remember every lesson, everything she taught me.  Sometimes, people think, wow, you're so talented but actually it is a lot of work, studying, learning, practice, reading, observing, thinking, sketching, FAILS and more learning and concentration.  Art is my passion and I love it.
I believe we are ALL Artists, it could be a poem, writing a book, photography, dancing, teaching, cooking, etc.  "The Sky's the limit"! as I always say.
